This past week HUD has 14 homes with $20,000+ each in price reductions. One home that appraised at $130,000 has been reduced to $104,000. And another 3 bedroom, 2 Story home that was appraised at $160,000 was just reduced to $144,000. And a new 3 bedroom, 1 Story home has been released for $85,000. This is the largest group of homes that have been offerd in quite some time.
